The staff should be making sure the residents are eating and they are more concerned with themselves. The lack of care for these individuals is quite apparent. These are individuals who do need more assistants and you pay for it but you don't see it.

My aunt likes to color, so they bring her things to color and stuff; they are trying. Once you get upstairs, my aunt’s room was disgusting. There was stuff smeared on the walls and on the door. There was a big water stain up on the ceiling. There were old curtains hanging in the window.
When I visited this community it did not seem to be a very active community and I did not think this was the correct environment for my loved one. This is an upscale community and it was very nice and beautiful. The resident who lived there seemed to enjoy the community. They all dressed very nice with jewelry and accessories.

The bathroom is large and roomy enough for her to use either her wheelchair or walker to move around in and get done what she needs to do. People if you truly care about your loved ones do not send them to this facility. The Staff do not answer the phones, the patients are not cared for the way they should be cared for. When patients ring the bell for the nurse, the bell will ring for 45 Minutes or more. This is not a good place to send your love ones.
